I am Joseph J Finchum, founder and creative director for Intangible Design.

I'm a Graphic and web designer with a stong sense of design looking to get back into the freelancing world. I design and code custom, standard-compliant websites. I'm reliable, honest and very passionate about what I do. Right now I am looking to build up my portfolio and develop a small client base. My rates are reasonable.
